Bill Tam is the founder of Skyhub Edu Ltd, which developed the Flipmapp, IELTS Cheap, and Lambsbook platforms.
Bill obtained an MBA degree from York University in Canada, was a qualified member of the ACCA, and obtained a TEFL certificate in 2018. He has been a passionate English tutor for the past 6 years and has delved deeply into assisting English learners in acquiring the language skills they need to advance their ability to communicate and learn effectively.
Upon discovering the Lexical Approach, Bill embarked on a mission to construct a comprehensive library of contextualized lexical phrases using the Flipmapp Learning Organizer. His aim is to optimize IELTS exam preparation for students, ensuring they reach their goals through methods that are not only highly effective but also exceptionally time and cost-efficient.
